What are the accepted payment methods?
You can pay by Credit Card Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Google Pay.
Does the annual subscription expire at the end of the year?
The annual subscription lasts 12 months from the date of purchase. For example, if you subscribe in February 2023, the next renewal will be in February 2024.
How does subscription renewal work?
Subscription renewal occurs automatically at the end of the billing period: at the end of 30 days for monthly subscription, at the end of 12 months for annual subscription, at the same price you paid in the previous period and with the same payment method.
You can cancel your subscription or change the payment method at any time from your personal area by clicking on the ACCOUNT menu command, and going to the PURCHASES section.
How can I cancel a subscription?
If you don't want to continue, you can cancel your subscription at any time before the billing period has expired.
Follow the instructions to cancel your subscription on the PURCHASES page of your ACCOUNT and your subscription will not be renewed after the term expires.
Please note that there are no refunds for partially unused subscription periods.
The payment is not successful, what should I do?
If you are trying to subscribe but the procedure is not successful, we suggest you to pay attention and check the following steps:
ensure that the credit or debit card you are using is active and has sufficient funds for the payment;
when paying, authorize the transaction with the double-pass secure-code from your bank or credit institution;
if you are still having trouble completing your payment, please try using a different credit or debit card.

When I'm about to authorize the payment the total is 0€, what should I do?
Considering that this is a subscription and thus a recurring payment, some credit institutions require a pre-authorization of €0.
You can continue by accepting the payment and thus activating the subscription.
I received a discount coupon. How does it work?
If you have any promotional code, coupon or gift voucher, before completing the subscription purchase you must enter it in the appropriate box on the right side of the screen and click on the APPLY button.
If the promotional code or coupon is valid, the discount amount will appear under the SUBTOTAL and the final payment amount will be calculated.
