How do I access the Medi-cine Online video library?
In order to access the entire Medi-cine Online video library, you can subscribe to a monthly or annual subscription. Click on SUBSCRIBE to see the details.
What does the subscription include?
The subscription includes access to all library content throughout the subscription period, plus monthly updates, approximately 10-15 new videos each month.
How much does it cost to access the Medi-cine Online video library?
Starting from 27 October 2022, Medi-cine Online offers monthly subscription at €9.99 per month (instead of €14.99), and annual subscription at €89.99.
During my subscription period, will I have access to the same contents I see now on the platform?
Yes, you will be able to watch all the content already available on the platform, plus all the updates that will be released monthly, about 10-15 new video each month.
What devices are supported?
Medi-cine Online library can be accessed from any web browser on any device, desktop, laptop and mobile.
Where can I watch it from?
Watch it anywhere, anytime. Log in with your Medi-cine Online account and you will have the entire library available from any device: from your personal computer, smartphone, tablet.

PAYMENTS AND DEADLINES
What are the accepted payment methods?
You can pay with any Visa, MasterCard, American Express Credit Card or Debit Card and Google Pay.
Does the annual subscription expire at the end of the year?
The annual subscription lasts 12 months, starting from the subscription. For example: if you subscribe in February 2023, the next renewal will be in February 2024.
How does subscription renewal work?
The renewal of the subscription takes place automatically: at the end of the billing period; at the end of 30 days in the case of a monthly subscription; at the end of 12 months in the case of an annual subscription; or at the same price you paid in the previous period and with the same payment method.
You can cancel your subscription or change the payment method at any time from your personal area by clicking on the MY ACCOUNT menu command and going to PURCHASES section.
I subscribed to a subscription at a different price than the current one, what should I do?
In the event of a reduction in the price of the subscription, active subscriptions will be automatically aligned to the new price at the end of the current billing period.
In the event of an increase in the price of the subscription, active subscriptions will not undergo price changes, and customers will be notified to be able to evaluate any new offers.
How can I cancel a subscription?
If you don't want to continue, you can cancel your subscription before the billing period expires.
Follow the instructions to cancel your subscription on the PURCHASES page of your ACCOUNT, and your subscription will not renew after the term expires.
Please note that there are no refunds for partially unused subscription periods.
I AM EXPERIENCING PROBLEMS
I just subscribed but I can't see the videos, what should I do?
After subscribing, if you encounter this type of problem, just logout by clicking on the SIGN OUT menu command and then log in again with your credentials.
The payment is not successful, what should I do?
If you are trying to subscribe, but the procedure is not successful, we suggest you pay and check the following steps:
check that the credit or debit card you are using is active and has sufficient funds for the payment;
at the time of payment, authorize the transaction with the double pass secure code of your bank or credit institution;
If you're still having trouble completing your payment, try using a different credit or debit card.

Try to send as much information as possible to describe the problem you are experiencing and a screenshot to help us understand if the problem is related to the platform and how we can help you.
When I'm about to authorize the payment the total is €0, what should I do?
Some credit institutions, being subscriptions and therefore recurring payments, require a pre-authorization of the payment equal to €0.
You can continue by accepting the payment and thus activating the subscription.
Are CME certificates and/or credits issued?
At the moment, the Medi-cine Online platform does not issue certifications.
I received a discount coupon. How does it work?
When subscribing, before completing the order, if you have a promotional code, coupon or gift certificate, you must enter it in the appropriate box on the right side of the screen and click on the button APPLY.
If the promotional code or coupon is valid, the discount amount will appear under the SUBTOTAL, and the final payment amount will be calculated.
