SUBSCRIBERS have access to a new "INVITE A FRIEND" tab in their ACCOUNT area.

From here they can access their personalized INVITATION LINK and have a convenient forwarding function to send their INVITATION LINK to friends and acquaintances by email directly from Medi-cine Online.

In the INVITE A FRIEND section they can also see the history and status of their invites.

The INVITATION LINK includes a specific code for each subscriber which will be stored in a cookie in the browser of anyone who clicks on the link.

If the INVITED USER registers within 30 days of storing the cookie, the INVITE will be linked correctly.

The prize will be added after the first invoice paid by the INVITED USER.

For example, if Maria has invited her friend Francesco, when Francesco buys a season ticket Maria will receive her prize.

To access the INVITE A FRIEND feature and share the INVITE LINK, the user must have an active subscription to receive program rewards.

Any active subscription allows you to invite other users and receive rewards for INVITATIONS. The 30 days are added regardless of the subscription the referred user subscribes to, whether it is monthly or annual, basic or professional subscriptions

I shared my INVITE LINK with a friend, my friend signed up, subscribed and paid the first bill, why don't I see him among the users I invited in the INVITE A FRIEND section of my ACCOUNT?

INVITE A FRIEND works through a cookie stored by accessing Medi-cine Online via the INVITATION LINK.

If the invited user does not register via the INVITATION LINK, the INVITATION connection will not be possible.

An example would be a user who clicks an INVITE LINK on their phone, logs into Medi-cine Online but doesn't register right away. Later he creates an account on his laptop but without clicking on the INVITE LINK. Medi-cine Online has no way of linking this user with the invitation he received, as the cookie was never stored on his laptop, only on his phone.
